Warzone TP

cant seem to get tp front page blocks etc to show in Warzone, had this in other themes but thought they just were not compatible with tp, but Warzone says it is compatible with my TinyPortal v0.9.8. ... is there something i am not doing? new_damage shows my TP blocks as always has.  www.clan-less.com is the url.

Re: Warzone TP

You are using the index.template.php that's labeled for TP, right?

Re: Warzone TP

Oh damn, I didn't realize I left that out in the TP index.template.php Undecided

Open it and add this after line 57-ish:
Code:
/* Load the custom language template for this theme. */
loadLanguage('ThemeStrings');

I need to check Warzone tomorrow against the templates and bug check it again, lol.

Re: Warzone TP

I have no idea, I've never heard of it Undecided And you say it's like that on all themes? I dunno, maybe try repairing the mysql db in your host's web manager or something... I don't know Undecided

Re: Warzone TP

What's the url to your forum with the problem? And what did you do before this happened that could have caused it?

Re: Warzone TP

You can restore the backup database through your webhost manager. I'm not sure if there's a restore tool in the admincp or not, I can't remember, lol. As for avoiding such dumbassness again, post on the smf forums, maybe in the support section, about security tips.

Re: Warzone TP

but isn't the backup in the web hosting cp just the files? or do they normally include the db as well ...

Re: Warzone TP

If the database was deleted or whatever, without a backup of the db itself, the forums/threads/etc.. are gone. Unless your host makes automatic backups... Could ask 'em.

Re: Warzone TP

i got it all fixed and figured out how they did it, but i was wondering, since bloc has decided to take down the TP file and no one in the world is hosting it, any chance you have it? I know you cant host it but if you could link me or anything?  I hhave been googling it all night and im at a loss.  i knwo why they arent hosting it, cuz they arent supporting it atm because of 2.0.3 beta but come on what about those of us who are using it on stable builds?
