I was comparing my hand to the hand holding it in the picture and it looks like the pic is almost actual size... seems fairly large Undecided

pretty wide from what I hear, but thin.  It has an IPOD, phone, and everything else you can imagine.  I wouldn't get the initial release, but once the bugs are all out, i think it would be worth it.

I was reading something on it the other day. Something about like music only from iTunes will actually play on the thing. That and music that you've got with no protection in place, like ripped mp3's.

Dont know about all of that.  My IPOD plays ripped music from CD's I borrow from friends.  No hassles w. paying $.99 for each song.
